All purchases made with Robux (the Roblox virtual currency) are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

By purchasing any Robux-based product or service, you agree that all sales are final and not eligible for refunds.
🛠️ Custom Services & Commissions
Refunds for commissions or custom work (such as scripting, modeling, animation, or development services) follow these rules:

✅ Eligible for Refund: If no work has been completed within 30 calendar days of the agreed start date, you may request a full refund by contacting support@undefinedstudios.co.uk.

Once any work has been started or completed, refunds will not be issued.

If you cancel the service after work has begun, you will not be entitled to a refund.
