Undefined Studios (formerly OverDosed Studios) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Copyright Policy outlines how we protect our content and how copyright concerns or claims should be handled.

1. Our Intellectual Property

All content and materials published by Undefined Studios—including but not limited to:

  • Game assets (models, scripts, textures, UI)

  • Website and forum content

  • Logos, branding, and designs

  • Written material (e.g., lore, descriptions, news posts)

are the intellectual property of Undefined Studios or its contributors and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, redistribute, sell, or modify our content

  • Upload our content to other platforms without permission

  • Claim our work as your own

Use of our assets or content outside of our services requires prior written permission.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

By submitting content to our forums, Discord, or services (e.g., suggestions, artwork, ideas), you:

  • Confirm that you own or have permission to post the content

  • Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, or modify it for promotional or development purposes

You retain ownership of your content, but we may use it in accordance with these terms.

3. Copyright Infringement / DMCA Takedown Requests

If you believe that any content hosted by Undefined Studios infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown notice.

To file a notice, please provide the following:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  2. A description of where the infringing material is located (e.g., link, screenshot, or section of our game).

  3. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.

  4. A statement that:

    “I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

  5. A statement that:

    “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.”

  6. Your signature (digital or physical).
